My Approach to Sound Healing
For many years I have gently woven crystalline sound healing with intuitive energy healing practices, allowing the two modalities to work in harmony.
Within each session, sound becomes a sacred vessel — guiding the body into relaxation while subtle energetic work supports emotional release, balance, and restoration.
This approach creates a deeply nurturing experience that many clients describe as both calming and transformative.
It is not about effort or intensity.

What to Expect During Your Session
Your session will take place in the peaceful setting of The Faery Star Sanctuary at my home in Arizona or via Zoom. For either choice you will be comfortably resting while immersed in the pure tones of crystalline sound.
After a brief conversation to understand your intentions for the session, you will lie down and relax as the crystal singing bowls begin to fill the space with gentle waves of resonance.
Each session is unique and intuitively guided. As the bowls are played, their vibrations create a soothing field of sound that supports deep relaxation and energetic balance.
During the session, you may experience:
• A deep sense of calm and stillness
• Gentle emotional release
• Sensations of warmth, tingling, or lightness
• Visual imagery or dreamlike states
• Profound rest and nervous system reset
Some people simply feel deeply relaxed, while others describe the experience as a journey inward.

Within my sound healing practice, I work with a carefully curated collection of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, each chosen for its unique vibrational qualities and energetic resonance.
